1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”) is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”)

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Czech and EU legislation.

2. Scope of Personal Data Processed

The Controller processes personal data provided via the contact form and newsletter subscription:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • company name,
  • information about consent to newsletter subscription.

When visiting the website, the following technical data may also be processed:

  • IP address (shortened/anonymized where possible),
  • device and browser information,
  • operating system,
  • website behavior (visited pages, clicks, session duration),
  • cookie identifiers.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • handling inquiries,
  • communication and contract conclusion,
  • sending newsletters,
  • website analytics and service improvement.

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures / contract performance,
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (newsletter & analytics cookies),
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (website security & protection).

4. Newsletter

The newsletter is sent based on consent or, where legally permitted, based on legitimate interest in relation to existing customers.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail.

5. Cookies and Analytics (PostHog)

The website uses PostHog analytics to measure traffic and analyze user behavior.

PostHog may store cookies and process technical device data. These cookies are not necessary and are activated only after user consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via cookie settings.

If data are transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are implemented.

6. Data Retention

Contact data: maximum 3 years from last communication.

Newsletter data: for the duration of consent.

Analytics data: up to 26 months unless otherwise required.

7. Recipients

  • hosting providers,
  • e-mail providers,
  • newsletter platform providers,
  • PostHog analytics provider.

8. Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security

The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures.

10. Final Provisions

This document may be updated. The current version is always published on the website.
